How to make your window ad

Give the product a clear moment

Warm interior light gives the product a moment as the camera moves closer. The presenter’s glance and curtain pull give the ad a clear beginning, interaction and finish.

Before you create

What is Caught at the Window?

A product-ad scene that begins outside a window. The camera moves closer as a presenter uses or shows your product, notices the lens and closes the curtains to finish on your logo.

What do I upload?

One product photo and one logo image. JPG, PNG and WebP are supported, up to 5 MB each. The template supplies the adult presenter and room.

Which products work best?

Coffee cups, drinks, packaged food, perfume and small tabletop products suit the scene. Choose a clear view of the whole product with an uncluttered background.

Will the product and logo match exactly?

Your images guide the product shape, colors and brand mark. Small lettering, packaging details and the logo’s shape or placement on fabric can vary. Check the finished ad before publishing.

How long is it, and does it have sound?

An approximately 12-second portrait MP4 in 480P-class resolution, with newly generated audio.

How much does it cost?

One complete ad costs 60 credits. If you need more, Generate opens an on-page dialog showing your shortfall and available plans. Your uploads are saved. After returning from purchase, click Generate to start.

What happens if generation fails?

Confirmed generation failures return the credits charged for that task. Processing or unconfirmed tasks keep their original record so you can return to check them.

Can I use it in an advertising campaign?

Use product photos and logos you have commercial rights to, and review the product, brand lettering and presentation in the finished video before publishing.
